Matt Baker and Ellie Harrison head for the Mawddach Estuary in Wales, where the mountains of Snowdonia run down to the sea. Matt explores the enduring appeal of the area for tourists, while Ellie meets the farmers who are quite literally living on a gold mine, and cooks up lunch using bushcraft skills.
