Mother and son Julie and Rich from Birmingham have very different cooking styles. Julie will follow a recipe, whereas Rich prefers to keep it more experimental. Today, though, Julie is on a mission to push her boundaries and discover new flavours and recipes that she can make again and again. Rich wants to learn new ideas to impress his vegan girlfriend but also find out some new things to do with seafood for himself. Chefs Jeremy Pang and Anna Haugh are on hand to create inspired dishes, but who will come out on top? It all comes down to the 10-Minute Challenge, in which an iced bun and some wasabi could really test our chefs.
