Buck’s fizz
A celebratory drink, perfect for a morning tipple on special days. This boozier version of a mimosa combines champagne and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Ingredients
- 125ml/4fl oz champagne
- 50ml/2fl oz freshly squeezed orange juice
Method
Fill a flute about three quarters of the way to the top with the champagne.
Carefully pour the orange juice over the champagne.
