Burger sauce
Everyone needs a good burger sauce to take to BBQs, dip fries into or slather over a beef burger. Add some chunky gerkins for the full flavour!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (use vegan if required)
- 1–2 tsp pickle juice, to taste
- 1 finely chopped gherkin or cornichon (if you want it chunky)
Method
Mix all the ingredients together and serve!
