Ingredients

  • mango: 100驳/3陆辞锄 mango, peeled and chopped
  • honey: 2 tbsp runny honey
  • yoghurt: 50g/1戮oz soya yoghurt
  • soya milk: 100尘濒/3陆蹿濒辞锄 soya milk
  • coconut milk: 100尘濒/3陆蹿濒辞锄 coconut milk
  • 1 small handful ice
  • lime: 陆 lime, juice only

To serve

  • mint: sprig of mint

Method

  1. Blend the mango, honey, yoghurt, soya milk, coconut milk, ice and lime juice in a liquidiser until smooth.

  2. Pour into a tall smoothie glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
