Recipe Tips
Mushroom sauce can be used in so many different ways. Serve it with rice or stirred into pasta. Mix it with leftover roast chicken for a quick pie filling. Make simply grilled meats, such as pork, chicken and beef a little bit special. Or try it as an easy starter served on top of toasted sourdough with a few slices of crisp streaky bacon or pancetta.
