Ingredients

For the turkey stock

  • 1 turkey carcass, broken into pieces
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1 carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 celery stick, roughly chopped
  • woody herbs, such as bay leaves, thyme or rosemary
