Pot roast pheasant with sweetcorn mash

  • 1.2kg/2lb 11oz large baking potatoes, baked until cooked through
  • 45²µ/1½´Ç³ú butter
  • 180²µ/6½´Ç³ú sweetcorn, cooked
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
