Saut茅ed garlic potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 potato, peeled and cut into small cubes
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 sprigs thyme, leaves only
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the potato cubes and saut茅 for five minutes.
Add the garlic and thyme, season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper and saut茅 until golden-brown and tender.
To serve, place the saut茅ed garlic potatoes into a serving dish.
