Get a taste of 1920s London with this classic cocktail recipe.
Ingredients
- 50ml/2fl oz cognac
- 25ml/1fl oz cointreau
- 25ml/1fl oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
To serve
- twist of orange peel
Method
Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.
Strain the cocktail into a coupette glass, garnish with an orange twist and serve.
