Spring onion chilli prawns

Method
Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat and add the spring onion, garlic and chilli and cook for one minute.
Add prawns and heat through.
Transfer the prawns, spring onion, garlic and chilli onto a serving dish, scatter over the coriander leaves and drizzle with the lime juice.
