Stir-fried egg noodles

Ingredients
- olive oil: 2 tbsp olive oil
- noodles: 100g/3陆oz egg noodles, cooked according to packet instructions
- parsley: 1 handful fresh parsley, chopped
- fresh coriander: 1 handful fresh coriander, chopped
- lemon juice: squeeze lemon juice
- sesame seeds: 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- soy sauce: 2 tbsp soy sauce
- chilli: 录 red chilli, chopped
- black pepper: salt and freshly ground black pepper
- lime: lime wedges, to garnish
Method
Heat the olive oil in a wok, add the rest of the ingredients and stir-fry over a high heat for 2-3 minutes, or until warmed through.
To serve, spoon the noodles into a bowl and garnish with the lime wedges.
