A fragrant, alcohol-free apple punch, perfect for cozying up with this autumn.

Ingredients
- apple juice: 1 litre/1¾ pints apple juice
- cinnamon: 1 cinnamon stick, plus 6 to garnish
- cloves: 6 cloves
- orange: 4 wide strips orange zest
- stem ginger: 1 knob stem ginger in syrup, sliced, plus 1 tbsp syrup
- allspice: small pinch ground allspice
Method
Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Turn heat down to low for 15 minutes, then strain.
Pour in to mugs and garnish each with a cinnamon stick.
