Making herb butter

Aluminium foil or cling film
Herb butter is made by softening butter and mixing it with a selection of herbs.
-Transfer the softened butter and herb mixture to a sheet of aluminium foil or cling film.
-Roll it into a sausage, then twist the ends to secure tightly.
-Chill in the fridge until firm.
