Udon noodles recipes
These thick, chewy wheat flour noodles are one of the most popular and common Japanese noodles. Udon noodles are broad and robust, and as a result they are extremely versatile – they are delicious in soups and stews, but also work well in stir fries.

This easy udon noodle dish is a simple take on yaki udon, Japanese stir-fried noodles. Use precooked soft udon noodles for ease; alternatively cook dry noodles according to the packet instructions before starting to stir-fry.
