Help playing audio/video The band originally set itself in motion in 2004, drawing on classic bands and artists like The Beatles, Bob Dylan, The Kinks and Lou Reed and have been described as 'the Arctic Monkeys on a Beatles trip'. They decided to leave college, but as they did the music industry changed and everything went deathly quiet on the deal front. Fresh from a spell of travelling round different corners of the world, they've kicked off a spanking new year by getting back together and are now rehearsing, and writing new material for a new album. With a new manager at the helm, they hope to be back on the live circuit shortly and and are already on the line-up for this year's Blissfields festival in July. last updated: 11/02/2009 at 10:57 You are in: Hampshire > Entertainment > Music > 大象传媒 Introducing > The Ashbies The best undiscovered music from across the 大象传媒 |
