The man was found dazed and confused in Peopleton near Pershore on Wednesday 4 October. He's 5ft 11ins tall, of medium to heavy build, with short brown and receding hair and glasses, and is believed to be aged between 45 and 50. He was wearing a long-sleeved light-blue fleece, black trousers and brown walking boots when he was found. So far police and hospital staff have been unable to recognise his accent. His identity remains a mystery and police want to hear from anyone who may know who he is. He had with him a receipt for a copy of the Daily Mail which had been bought at Tesco, Evesham at 6.45am on Wednesday 4 October. A police spokesman commented: "He says he had been walking all through the previous night, so there may be people who have seen him on the road. "We would like to hear from them as, at present, we do not even know in which direction he was heading when he was found." If you know the man or have any helpful information, you're urged to contact South Worcestershire Police on 08457 444 88 quoting 342S/041006. |
