The six-months-old brother and sister disappeared from their run at the Evesham Country Park and Garden Centre, Twyford some time on 8 January – leaving behind an older racoon called Rosie. It was initially thought they may have been stolen, but it's now believed they dug their way out at the back of their run. Look but don't touch Speaking on the Katie Johnson programme on ´óÏó´«Ã½ Hereford and Worcester a spokesman for the rescue centre said the racoons may look cute, but shouldn't be touched. "They come under the dangerous Wild Animals Act - so they come under the same legislation as lions and tigers.Ìý

"That's not to say that they are going to savage anybody but what we are asking is that if anyone sees them just to let us know where they've seen them.Ìý "Don’t try and approach them – they look really cuddly and approachable, but just tell us where you've seen them."
