Five years ago Jan Rosser and her family decided to break away from city life in Hertfordshire and move to Llangarron in rural Herefordshire.

Surrounded by open countryside in their converted mill, Jan took up a challenge to breed her own sheep.

She started out with a few breeding ewes, and now prides herself on a healthy flock of Lleyns - a breed that hail from the Lleyn Peninsula in North Wales.
