The
annual Beacon Race along the hills starts at the foot
of North Hill.
The
hills caught fire after beacons were lit to celebrate
Queen Victoria's jubilee and burned out of control for
a week.
North
Hill is disfigured by some of the quarries which provided
the distinctive Malvern stone which many local buildings
are constructed from.
North
Hill is 397 metres high.
