One night, my mother sent my sister, Myra and I to collect one of my other sisters, Cathy. It was during the black out and we were scared. Through the darkness, we could hear the sound of men hanging around. Realising wew were unsafe, my older sister whispered to me "you whistle and I'll walk like a man!" We knew this would lead the men to believe another man was coming towards them , as it was mainly men who whistled - I always got wrong for it!
