My father (FRANCISZEK or Frank in english) is Polish and served in the Polish army from the very begining of the war right through to the end.
I researched and wrote a personal account of his war time life how he escaped from Poland, was interned in Hungary, escaped again to France and then to the Uk ending up in Scotland. Returned to the fighting at Normandy (Caen/Falaise etc) up through Northern France, Belgium and Holland and ending the War at Wilhelmshaven.
