I am one of those who, in August 1950, sailed from Mombasa to Hull on the Dundalk Bay. I can find references to the ship carrying DP-s to Australia in 1949 and even a passenger list. But no reference at all to the UK trip. If anyone has information or phopos of the ship could you please contact me.
Belatedly I am trying to put together some information about our early life as displaced persons and this is one of the pieces of the jigsaw that's missing.
