My father, Henry Busby and his twin brother, Edward were in the Royal Navy during WW2 and served on LCT 420.They came from Blackburn in Lancashire and celebrated their 21st birthday at sea. My father was in Piraeus in Jan.1945 as it is written on the back of a photograph. They have both now passed away and I would love to hear from anyone who served with him or knew him during WW2. I know that he spent time around Crete, Malta and Italy. Would be grateful for any info.
