My Father served in India Colombo, in the Royal Artillery, His name was Alfred George Hawkes, sadly he passed away in 1963, he never said much to us about what he did in the war, but he was a driver and was in Colombo all through the war. I would like to find out more about his life then, if anyone has any information could you please let me know. He entered the army at about 32 years old. His Daughter, Hanjos@aol.com
