I was a member of "Fulmar" Patrol, "B" Squadron working with 2nd. Canadian Infantry Division in Normandy and through the campaign ending in Germany. I was 19 at the time and most of my comrades were older than me so I wonder if there any old Phantoms left out there. Many of our distinguished members have appeared in the obituary columns of the "Telegraph". Phantom was an extraordinary mix of people from filmstars to burglars! I was privileged to serve with them.
