I'm interested in these countries because I am researching the life of my Great Aunt, Zilla Purse. She trained as a nurse in Liverpool during WW1, and then went to live in Greece in the twenties, where she helped with the evacuees from Smyrna in 1921. She was evacuated to Egypt in 1941 and then to India where she joined the Indian Military Nursing Service.
