I am a widow with two married daughters, three grand children and a great grand child. I like to keep active, and include writing prose and poetry on the list of things that keep my little grey cells ticking over.

I am a senior citizen who found the joys of the worldwide web at a fairly late stage; it took my family over a quarter of a century to persuade me that the internet won't bite. And now I enjoy all that it has to offer - including my own web site - having finally discovered that using email does not require a degree in rocket science. Well more like advanced physics, but definitely not rocket science.
