I am Mike Baxter, eldest son of F/Lt Peter Baxter, born 1922, who joined the RAF before WW2 as an apprentice and then served on Lancasters flying operational sorties, mainly from airfields in Lincolnshire.
My father has written a substantial story of his RAF life entitled "I flew with nine wing commanders".
