I was evacuated from Grimsby, Lincs in July or early August 1940. We stayed at a Fresh Air Camp before embarking the HMS Hillary in Liverpool for Canada.

Does anyone remember where this camp was and how long we stayed there? I was 7 years of age.

We docked in Halifax, Nova Scotia before leaving by boat train for Montreal.

Would love to chat with anyone who came to Canada
for the duration. We returned to UK in June 1945. I returned to Canada in June 1947.

Many thanks.
