A unique organic restoration project to transform the kitchen garden at Knightshayes Court

Harvesting

The first stage of the project was to restore and repair walls, paths, drains and ponds to their former glory, whilst the task of planting began in earnest in 2002.

The first crops of peas, onions, courgettes, tomatoes, beans and salad leaves are now being harvested.
