Tonight I looked up at the sky and thought of all the vogages clouds make, then I looked at the stars, and thought of all the planets that are subject to each of them, and I dreamt a wonderful dream. I dreamt of great things of our past, and things of the future that may yet be. I saw a beautiful girl, she passed me the fruit of desire, she said, "eat this, it will bring you wealth and success." But my illusion was shattered, the girl, she vanished, and I saw men poisoning the clouds and the sky. There I stood alone, all I had left were stars. |
