i like jersey allot and have xperienced allot of the ferstivals through out the years ie. rock in the park jazz in the park the film festival the surfing competintions and lets not forget about jersey live. however when i go on the internet to show my friends and family i get imbaressed as the standeard of photos are hidoius. they show no real scale and size of the festivals and mearly show 1or2 people smiling it would be great to see the hundreds of people that did acctullt turn up and show show the effort that allo tof people put into jersey. also the spirit of peoples attitude

I thought that rock in the park was an outstanding day! the music was fantastic, the weather did not falter, my food was good... BUT! the day, as most great events, was ruined at the finale by none other than the Chavs... i have no problem at all with most chavs, dont get me wrong! But when they go out of their way to cause misery to others, thats when i get distressed...
I did enjoy the comment "this is rock in the park, not CHAV in the park", and so did the crowd.
The crowd also evidently enjoyed the great array of bands including the marvelous 'The Valentines', The pink floyd legends 'Eclipse', the utterly brilliant 'The merge' and many more great bands!
The next music event i look forward to is Jersey live, and i hope many people agree that Jersey is an island of music, and it should improve over the years to become the greatest music based Island in the world! (maybe a bit extreme, but im up for that!)
