The third and final summer performance from the Royal Opera House can be seen on the 大象传媒 Big Screen on Tuesday 3 July.

Liverpool residents will be treated to Puccini鈥檚 masterpiece Tosca.

The love, politics and ultimate tragedy of this compelling story inspired Puccini to write music as dramatically brutal as it is stunningly beautiful.

The opera tells the gripping story of the terrible fate of the singer Tosca in a love triangle with her lover, artist turned rebel Cavaradossi, and the evil Scarpia.

This year鈥檚 programme has enabled audiences at a record of 17 venues to enjoy world-class performances of Swan Lake, Don Giovanni and Tosca, three of the best-loved masterpieces in the ballet and opera repertory.

Live relays have screened performances to Birmingham, Bradford, Manchester, Hull, Leeds and Rotherham, as well as Liverpool.
