SNP says George Osborne's Budget hits poor hardest
The Scottish National Party (SNP) has criticised George Osborne's Budget, saying that it hits the poor hardest.
The SNP's leader in Westminster, Angus Robertson, said the Scottish parliament and government needed the powers to deal with their own economic destiny.
