Car wash planned for football ground land

Plans have been submitted for a car wash and valeting operation on land at a football club in Cheshire.
Under , the business would operate seven days a week from the site at Nantwich Town's Weaver Stadium and employ six people.
The applicant stated the land off Waterlode was currently used by the football club as an informal overflow car park, and the car wash would take up a small portion of it.
The change of use plans have been submitted to Cheshire East Council for consideration.
