Woman charged over death of 97-year-old man in Dundee
A woman has been charged over the death of a 97-year-old man in Dundee.
The 43-year-old woman was previously arrested and charged in April, after the man was assaulted in an attempted robbery at a flat in Dryburgh Gardens
He was treated in hospital for serious injuries but died five weeks later on 25 May.
Police Scotland said that following further inquires, the woman has now been charged over his death. She is due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court next week.
