Arrest after man stabbed in neck at city bus station
An arrest has been made after a man was found with a stab wound to his neck in Leicester city centre.
Officers were called to the Haymarket bus station in Belgrave Gate at about 20:35 BST on Monday and the area was cordoned off.
Police said a 44-year-old was taken to hospital for treatment, however his injury was not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
A man, 43, was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.
He remains in police custody, the force said.
Another man, aged 23, also sustained minor injuries during the incident.
The police cordon has since been lifted and officers are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time to come forward.
