Drug dealer caught with 28 wraps in bra

A 38-year-old woman with more than 40 convictions to her name has been jailed after being caught dealing class A drugs and hiding them in her bra.
Margaret Walker, 38, of no fixed address, was seen on CCTV riding a bicycle in Peterborough city centre during the early hours of 25 March before making an exchange with a group of known drug users.
Cambridgeshire Police stopped Walker in Lincoln Road, and was found to have £145 in cash and a "burner" phone, while a strip-search at the police station revealed 28 wraps of crack cocaine and heroin in her clothing.
She has been jailed for two years and seven months.
'Prolific offender'
Walker appeared at Huntingdon Law Court for sentencing, having previously admitting possession with intent to supply heroin and crack cocaine.
Det Con Andrew Donaldson said: "Walker is a prolific offender with 43 convictions for a total of 117 offences against her name, and has failed to appear in court several times.
"While the amount of drugs found on her wasn't a particularly large amount, due to her offending history she has now landed herself back in prison.
"This was a great spot by CCTV operators. Through their observation our response officers were able to deploy to the area and catch Walker in the act."
