A man and woman have died in a crash in Cornwall.

Police said one vehicle was involved in the crash on Monday at about 13:20 BST in Southgate Street, Redruth.

Officers said the man and woman died at the scene and their next of kin had been informed.

Police have appealed for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage of the crash to come forward.
