Two motorcyclists die in separate Essex collisions

Two motorcyclists have died in separate road accidents in Essex.
Both happened at about 17:35 BST on Saturday. One was in High Ongar, near Chelmsford, and the other was in Steeple, near Burnham-on-Crouch.
The two riders both died at the scenes.
A man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and driving while unfit following the High Ongar collision.
It happened on Chelmsford Road near the junction with The Street and involved a motorcycle and a car.
Essex Police closed the road in both directions while paramedics attended to the victim, who was a man in his 40s.
A 58-year-old has since been arrested.
Anyone with information or dashcam footage is asked to contact police quoting incident number 1030 of Saturday 13 April.
In Steeple, the collision in Batts Road also involved a car and a motorcycle. The rider was a man in his 60s.
Anyone with information about that incident is asked to contact police and quote incident number 1027 of Saturday 13 April.
