Dog spinning video investigated by police

Police are investigating an allegation of animal cruelty after a video emerged of a girl appearing to swing a dog in circles by its collar.
The incident took place on Tuesday evening in Harford Park, Norwich, and was first reported by the .
In the video, shared on social media, a girl was seen appearing to spin the dog before letting go of its collar.
Norfolk Police said it was working closely with the RSPCA.
"We were contacted by a member of the public on Tuesday evening reporting an incident of animal cruelty," a spokeswoman said.
"Officers have spoken to those involved and seen the dog 鈥 which was not injured - and continue to investigate the incident."
Anyone with information was urged to get in touch with police.
