Two held on suspicion of making threats to kill
A 57-year-old man and a 63-year old woman have been arrested on suspicion of firearms offences and making threats to kill following an incident in Boston.
Police said officers received reports of a woman with a firearm at a property in South Terrace on Monday afternoon.
Armed officers later made two arrests at a property in Burton Road, Heckington.
Both remain in custody, Lincolnshire Police said.
A spokesperson for the force said both had been arrested on suspicion of possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and making threats to kill.
Anyone who witnessed the incident in the South Terrace area of Boston at about 13:00 BST on Monday is asked to contact police or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
