Teacher admits sexually touching pupil

A teacher has pleaded guilty to sexually touching a teenager while she was a pupil at his school.

The girl, who is now an adult, came forward to police years later to say she felt she was groomed by Craig Hill during her time at Hall Park Academy in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire.

Hill, 46, of Mornington Crescent in Nuthall, pleaded guilty at Nottingham Crown Court on Thursday to two counts of sexual activity with a child and one count of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity by a person in a position of trust.

He was released on conditional bail and will be sentenced on 1 November.
