Woman arrested over murder of man found in park
A woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man's body was found in a park.
The man, in his 50s, was found dead in Queen Elizabeth Park in Newcastle-under-Lyme, police said.
Officers were called to the park on Silverdale Road, just before 07:45 GMT on Sunday, said Staffordshire Police.
The 30-year-old woman, from the town, remains in custody. Officers appealed for anyone with information to call the force on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously.
