Man dies after crashing car into garden

A 40-year-old man has died after he crashed a car into the garden of a property in Doncaster.
South Yorkshire Police attended the incident on Marshland Road, Moorends, at 16:45 BST on 9 August.
The collision involved a blue Volkswagen Touran and police have appealed for anyone who saw the incident or has footage of the vehicle to get in touch.
A passenger in the car, a 46-year-old man, suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious condition.
A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police said: "It is believed that the car was travelling along Marshland Road before leaving the road, just prior to the junction with The Avenue.
"The car collided with a parked car on the road, before coming to rest in the garden of a property."
