Men deny murdering father-of-two
Three men have denied murdering a Sheffield father-of-two.
Kevin Pokuta, 19, was shot dead in Page Hall Road on 12 December last year.
Lester Ramsey, 25, Leon Waite, 26, and Jake Brown, 23, appeared at Sheffield Crown Court on Friday and denied a charge of murder and a charge of possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life.
A trial is set to take place in October.
All three, of Sheffield, also denied a charge of conspiracy to rob, relating to cannabis, alongside a 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named because of his age.
The four also denied a further charge of possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life on another day.
Mr Brown denied a charge of attempted murder, relating to another man on 12 December, the court heard.
Mr Ramsey, Mr Waite and Mr Brown were remanded into custody. The 17-year-old was released on conditional bail.
A trial is set to be heard at the same court on 3 October.
