Two 17-year-olds have been seriously injured and four others hurt in a two-car crash in a Leicestershire village.
Officers were called to the junction of Clawson Lane and Waltham Lane, in Holwell, just before 17:30 BST on Saturday.
Leicestershire Police said four people in a black Citroen C1 and two in a black Range Rover were taken to hospital, adding the teenagers, who were in the Citroen, remain in a serious condition.
No other life-threatening or life-changing injuries have been reported. No-one has been arrested, the force added.
Dashcam appeal
Det Sgt Mike Steer, from the force’s serious collision investigation unit, has appealed to anyone with information to come forward.
"Our investigation to establish the circumstances of what happened is continuing," he said.
"I'm keen to speak to motorists who were in the area and particularly those with a dashcam. If you saw the collision occur, or either vehicle beforehand, please contact police."
