Firefighters have dealt with the second blaze in weeks on the same Willenhall street, with crews again battling flames in an empty factory building.
West Midlands Fire Service said it was called to the disused unit on Moat Street shortly after 02:30 BST. It is believed to lie close to a separate building that caught fire on 6 August.
Seven engines dealt with the blaze at its peak, and with the fire since out, the operation was scaled down to two appliances as of 07:30 BST.
The fire service said there were no casualties and it did not believe there had been anyone inside the building.
, it said road closures were in place on Moat Street and Gower Street.
National Express West Midlands confirmed it away from Union Street due to the incident.
