A man has died after he exited his vehicle on a dual carriageway and was struck by a car and a van, Kent Police has said.
Officers were called to the coastbound carriageway of the A21, between the A228 for Pembury and the B2160 for Matfield, just after 18:00 GMT on Saturday.
The man, aged in his 40s, had been driving a white Isuzu pickup truck and trailer when his vehicle struck the central reservation a short distance away, the force said.
After he left his truck, he was struck by a grey Vauxhall Vivaro and a grey Skoda Kodiaq, it added.
Kent Police said medical crews attended but the man was pronounced dead at the scene. His family has been informed.
Officers have appealed for witnesses and relevant dashcam footage to contact the force.
